Meet Ruth O'Callaghan

My name is Ruth O’Callaghan and I am a professional photographer based in Dunboyne in Meath for over 10 years, capturing memories from all over Ireland and Europe. 

I love capturing the emotions of the moment from the joy of the ‘I do’ on the altar to the starstruck toddler on stage. My main love of photography is working with so many people in all aspects of life from weddings to home portraits and especially children's events. I cater for every event from christenings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, communions and confirmation or any special Family event. I can provide a portrait service at your home or selected location. I also provide a professional school photography and Montessori portrait service, I love working with children from junior infants to sixth class and also college graduations.

On your wedding day, I have a relaxed approach and I am in the background capturing all the moments and emotions of your fabulous day.  I combine a candid style with some posed pictures which I try to make as natural looking as possible and a stress-free happy day for all. I find people feel relaxed in my company so everyone looks at their best when they are enjoying their experience with me and barely notice the camera.
